As a University Standing Committee, we are entrusted with addressing issues of particular concern to women students, staff, and faculty on the LMU campus. We actively advise the university president on these matters, ensuring that women's unique needs and perspectives within our community are acknowledged and addressed.
The CSW is driven by a commitment to support, empower, and improve women's lives across the LMU community. To achieve our goals, we review policies, procedures, and programs that directly impact the status of all women at LMU. By identifying areas for improvement, we aim to create an environment where women can thrive academically, professionally, and personally.
