Staff Senate
The LMU Staff Senate was founded in 1990 to represent all staff and their interests to university administration.
Mission Statement
In keeping with the mission of Loyola Marymount University, the Staff Senate exists to promote the professional and personal development of staff members, serve in an advisory capacity to the university leadership in the development, review, and dissemination of university policies, and to provide a forum for open communication and ongoing dialogue among the entire university community.

Halloween Happy Hour

The Loft
Get into the Halloween spirit and join us for a Halloween-themed happy hour at The Loft. There will be prizes, so wear your best Halloween attire!
Admission to The Loft normally requires a membership. Staff Senate will provide one of the following benefits for the first 20 staff members who attend:
- A complimentary $5 day pass
- $5 toward a $25 annual membership
- One complimentary drink for current Loft members
