When I graduate from Loyola Marymount University, I would love to pursue my Ph.D. in psychology with a focus on forensics and criminal profiling. I am planning on gaining research experience in Los Angeles for the next couple of years before applying to PhD programs. My hope is to work in the forensic psychology field, whether that means working in a correctional facility, the FBI, or even testifying in a court of law.

I will be attending the University of California, Irvine, this fall to begin a Ph.D. program in Education with an emphasis on Digital Learning and Media. I seek to identify the ways computer technologies may be used to address the needs of learners + teachers and improve educational opportunities for all. Although my initial research will be focused on human-computer interaction, I expect to shift my work towards understanding a variety of cutting edge learning technologies, such as learning analytics and dialogue systems.
