Implicit Bias Workshops for Staff

Diversity, Equity and Inclusion and Human Resources have developed an implicit bias workshop tailored to LMU staff.  Through a mix of short presentations, activities, and discussions, the workshop will explore how implicit biases form in our brains, their impact on other people and society, and strategies we can take to mitigate the implicit biases that we all possess.

Workshops will be offered throughout the year.  Please check back for dates in the 2023-2024 school year.

Implicit Bias Workshops for Students

Implicit bias workshops are offered to all incoming students as part of the LMU CARES program.  They may also be offered to current students or student groups by request.

Implicit Bias Workshops for Faculty

Implicit bias workshops for faculty will be offered throughout the year.  Please check back for dates in the 2023-2024 school year.
