Staff Senate Zone Representation

Staff Senate Zone Representation

Staff Senators are dedicated to representing all staff in the LMU Community, not just the areas they work directly with on a daily basis. To ensure each person has representation, Senators are assigned 30-50 constituents in a zone.

The duties of a Senator representing a zone includes: being a main contact for any staff needs or suggestions, collecting feedback on topics of interest, advocating for their area, meeting with constituents as requested, and sending periodic updates throughout the year or special topics of concern.

In the next few weeks, a Staff Senator will contact each staff member to introduce themselves and provide their contact information. While each staff member has an assigned Senator, they may contact any Senator at anytime, or send named or anonymous comments to the Staff Senate Feedback form at: http://resources.lmu.edu/staffsenate/feedback/
